I love my portable charger. Have had this for some time now. I especially love the fact that it has the AC wall plug, so no need to look for a different plug to charge. Very fast charging and I love that it has the both types of charger. Super easy to use. I've used it for both plugs at the same time and it still charges pretty fast and the battery on this power bank lasts pretty long. It does get heat if you're using the device while charging. Functions very well and can charge up to two devices, in which I use for phone and Ipad together. I love this power bank. Will need to get more. Read more

This has been a very good purchase and I am glad I bought It however there are a couple of frustrating things about it. First of all because of its size it has been challenging to charge the unit by plugging into a wall outlet. The weight of the power bank pulls it out of the outlet and prevents it from charging. I have not been able to find many outlets that can support it. Secondly the other way to charge is to plug in the short USB C or Lightning cables that are attached to the power bank. Again due to the weight of the device it cannot hang from a charger brick or wall outlet. I had to be creative to charge however I am happy with the charge capacity and overall functionality. I purchsed this portable charger in July. My wife and I each have an iPhone 14 Pro Max. I use my phone pretty constantly through out the day. My wife uses her iPhone quite a lot less. By 7:00 pm, I need a charge, my wife can usually go two days without charging. Pros: This charger can itself be charged in either of two ways. There are outlet blades recessed on the back which allows plugging this charger directly in a 110-v outlet. It can also be charged using a USB b cable to your device’s cube charger. It charges pretty quickly (about 3-4 hr) on 110 v. The charger also has a LED window showing amount of storage. Another pro is that two short (4.5") charging cables are permanently attached to the charger. It would be very nice if the two self-storing cables could be a little could be a foot longer (for ease of plugging devices in.. When stored they fit flat to the case. One cable terminates with a Lightening wire (apple) end. The other cable terminates in a USB-C end. On one end are two more connectors, these is an USB-C female connector (marked QC) the other connector is a type C; and a switch to turn on the LCD display. Cons; I have attempted to charge my iPhone from one of the attached cabled. I connected; phone played a little Bing, and showed the lightning charge bar. My phone shows only 21% of charge. I have used a long USB 2 to lightning cable, by plugging in to the USB port on the end. I assumed that I should press the button (at the end) to activate the charger; it charged for a while, it seems that the charger times out and shuts down. Using a USB -2 cable, I have tried charging my phone. Sometimes it gets up to 5% charged and then shuts down. This is not a pricey item, $33.00. I also know that in general, you get what you pay for. I wish would kept shopping for a better model. I've a couple of Anker chargers, they eventually wore out. but they cool. This power bank is powerful and super convenient. It has a built-in Apple Watch charger plus retractable Lightning and USB-C cords, so I don’t need to carry extra cables. It charged my iPhone from 1% to 95% in just 2.5 hours. The bank started at 100% and was only down to 70% after, so there’s plenty of juice left. It does take about 5 hours to recharge, the anttached cords feel a little weak, and is a little heavy, but the capacity and features make it worth it. Read more

I bought this portable charger a year ago and have been very pleased with how long it holds a charge and how well it charges 2 devices simultaneously. Then suddenly last week, I could no longer get it to recharge. When I discovered it has a 2-year warranty, I contacted the seller (senbaius) who responded immediately, offering to replace it when I provided my order number. I did so, and within a couple of days, received the new unit which works well. The built-in power cord for iPhones does not work consistently with my finicky iPhone 12 mini (neither do other power cords—it’s a phone issue), so I connect it’s lightning cord in the charger’s port and that works fine.
