These are great for baking mini round breads; they are deep enough to produce a tall boule of bread. They are well made, easy to nest for storage; easy to clean . breads release from the Bannetons with ease. These mini bannetons hold approximately 300 to 315 g of pre-baked dough. We use these every week. They have held up well after many uses. The additional items are very thoughtful and also of good quality. I was expecting cheap add ons. We always use the fabric liner with our baskets and so they look as new as the day they arrived. Loaves made using the baskets turn out beautifully. I love these adorable bannetons! The dough does not stick to the fabric and they really keep the shape of my bread bowls during soup season! They are very sturdy and easy to use. Works great for Bread Bowls. Used to proove my sourdough overnight in the fridge. Needed lots a flour to not stick, but left beautiful pattern on baked loaves. The amount used was about 1/5 th of a regular sourdough loaf. When I initially received them, I washed them with warm water and let them dry completely. Would buy again anytime. Read more
