Hi everyone, I’m here to review this OCVWJKD minoxidil topical aerosol treatment. So many great things to say: First, you get seven cans with 2.11 ounces each and, therefore, a seven month supply. Each can has easy to use dispensers, dispensing as a common hair mousse, in a foam formula. So if you’ve ever used a hair volumizer or hair mousse, you’ll be very familiar with how to use and dispense this product. There’s only one difference: You must apply product to the scalp and the roots versus the hair strands and/or hair shaft. It won’t do any good to apply it to the hair strands or hair shaft, as minoxidil with biotin isn’t intended to be used as a thickening agent. Additionally this minoxidil formula includes biotin. If you look up what biotin is, you’ll find how biotin is an ingredient used in hair growth products. (Note: I have no proof of biotin working, as I’m only citing what I found when I looked up the word biotin.) Another bonus is how this formula is not sticky or gummy. I’ve used others where it leaves a sticky residue (and really flattened out my hair after a shampoo) and I just don’t like that. This formula is much less gummy or sticky. This manufacturer also includes detailed information and specs about its formula and proper use. So, I’ve attached a photo to add ease of mind for anyone who considers this product information to be essential PRE-purchase. Again, remember that minoxidil products take a while to start taking effect. I am not able to talk about the effectiveness of this product or any other minoxidil products for two major reasons: 1) I am not a trained pharmaceutical doctor. 2) I have only had this product for about a week, and it takes at least three months or more for the effects to start to kick in. Also I think that this is a very good value for what you receive. You get seven cans of minoxidil, which is a seven month supply for the current coupon/sale price of $42.39 USD. That’s six dollars and pennies per can. Overall I highly recommend this product for its —ease of dispensing —foam formula that’s isn’t sticky or gummy —biotin as an added ingredient or benefit —great value for how much product you receive for your money —detailed instructions and product information (as can be seen in attached photo) Boom! I’ve had experience with usage of this since the 80s when it first came out. When I saw this package, I thought what a great price and decided I would use it again on a few areas where I have hair loss. I have to tell you if you have never used minoxidil, it does work, and everyone has different results. But the biggest problem is people give up before seeing the results, not understanding that it takes about 3 to 4 months, as the baby hair start coming back in, and then with time the hairs become thicker and you see them as they are coming out more. People give up in the first few months, cause they don’t see results and don’t understand that the follicles have to regenerate and the hair start coming back in. This kid is an excellent kid to get started. It says a seven months to supply. It shows in the instructions and tells you to squirt an amount out on paper and then part your hair and dab it on your scalp. As I have used this before, I have a few suggestions that will work better for applying this to your scalp and more easily. Get yourself a little plastic, soft silicone, baster brush that you use on basting a turkey or breadsticks or food. Cut the side knobs in to form almost the shape of a arrowhead with the top of that little nobby baster. Get yourself just a tiny little plastic cap like the cap that would be on the end of the medicine bottle. And squirt the foam directly in that little plastic cap so you’re not wasting it on paper. Then after you get out of the shower, towel, dry your hair off really well, and use the little rubber tipped basting brush to dip in the foam, and apply it to your scalp instead of your fingers which will actually soak up more of the foam because of our skin. The basting brush plastic will not, and it will go a lot further if you don’t waste time putting it on your fingers and touching your scalp with it. The key to this again is to use it every single day, and this package says twice a day, but you wanna make sure that you use it right after the shower when your hair follicles are open and can take in the product better and then again before you go to bed or whatever your daily routine is. all you need to do is rinse off that basting brush and keep your little plastic cap next to where you have your product and you will not be wasting any of it putting it out on paper and it does squirt quite quickly so just squirt enough in the little plastic cup and see how far that goes. I’m putting it on the areas on your scalp that you want to regrow. If you just have a far back hairline and you want more hair in the front, you’re going to use far less if you’re just doing smaller areas and this kit could last you 12 months or longer. For the price of this whole kit, it’s a steal! The little needling tool which looks like a mini roller with little needles is excellent. Also, if you take the time to do it and roll your head with it before you apply the product, but my past history is that most people won’t take the time to do that step. Just follow the instructions and make it as simple as possible to put it on your scalp and then style your hair and you will see in 3 to 4 months. The tiny hair is coming back in which means you cannot quit using it. You have to still continue to use this. For the rest of your life to keep those follicles regenerated. If you have new hair coming back in and you like it after a year and you quit using the product, those new hair follicles will go back to the way they were and close up. This is kind of a product if you’d like the results you have to keep up with it you may be able to cut down to once a day but you have to keep those hairs that have started coming back in healthy and your follicles happy. Just my suggestions from somebody that used this back when it first came out in the 80s and yes, it does work. You just have to be patient. I give this package a A+ for the percentage of ox it is and the whole kit put together. Read more
