The media could not be loaded. I purchased a 3-pack and all bottles have ginger ingredient floating at the bottom. Once up the tube, it makes the spray clogged and ineffective. I do not understand how people say this is not greasy. I will not leave the house with this in my hair. Read more

I can't speak to the effectiveness of the product as I haven't used it long enough yet. I started using the first spray bottle. No problem, easy application. I used it one more time, not a problem. The third time I tried, the spray bottle stopped working, even though there was plenty of product left in the bottle. I checked the mechanism for blockage and loose parts, nothing. There was nothing I could do to get it to work again. I figured it was defective packaging. Not a problem, I moved onto the next bottle. Same thing happened after 3 applications. The sprayer stopped working. I tried the 3rd bottle. That one didn't work at all. I contacted customer service. They told me I could use it drop by drop. The product is as runny as water. Not exactly easy to apply "drop by drop". I tried to apply a little to my hands, but it ran through my hands and spilled. So now I'm stuck with 3 bottles I can't use. I'm buying a dropper so I can use the product, but I shouldn't have to spend more money to remedy their faulty packaging. Read more

All three bottles had problems with the pump action wouldn’t spray when wanting to use it had to pump it various times and works awhile then no longer works very frustrating had to literally open the bottle and apply it unevenly ok scalp will no longer buy product because of defective pump action. I have no idea if this product works or not because this poorly designed Chinese packaging makes it impossible to squirt the liquid out the bottle. It doesn't matter how I hold or shake it, it is impossible to get the liquid out of the bottle so I am forced to buy another squirt bottle in hopes that I can actually use this product. Also, there is no manufacturing information anywhere on this product or anything that can vouch for it's effectiveness outside of Amazon reviews. I realized after the fact that the seller is based in China which explains the poorly designed bottle and lack of any proper information. Please check the sellers and country of origin carefully before buying products like these online. Read more
