I've never used a serum in my scalp before, but this has turned out to be a pleasant addition to my hair products collection. I usually apply it while doing my hair for the day. When I apply the serum, it's very cool to my scalp and the dropper makes it easy to apply. I hand massage it in before combing my hair. I found that the roller hurts my scalp and pulls my hair out so I use my hands to work the product in instead. I haven't noticed more length to my hair since using it, but I have noticed that my hair seems fuller in texture, which is nice. It will probably take several more months for me to notice if it's truly growing or not because I have curly hair and deal with varying levels of shrinkage day-to-day depending on environmental conditions, but I'll update my review if I notice growth. Jury is still out on this product. I used for a couple weeks and didn't really see anything noticeably different with my thin sections. The weird thing for me is I feel a kindof itchy sensation when I first apply the serum. Not sure if that is normal or a specific reaction I may be having. Either way, I stopped using it because of that. Anyway, I really like the little micro needling device included with the serum, thus the three stars. I don't think I would buy this product or any type of minoxidil serum again based on the itchy sensation I experienced. Read more
