This 5 pack of men's athletic shorts is a great deal! The ultra lightweight fabric is a blend of 95% polyester and 5% spandex, so they are extremely soft and stretchy, and has moisture-wicking and dri-fit tech for breathability and coolness while exercising. I ordered these in an XL and they are true to size, and the hidden inner drawstring is always nice for adjusting the sizing without a lot of bulk and hassle, although the waistband is nice and thick with good stretch so you may not even need it. I like that these are a basketball length and come down to the knee on most builds, making them super comfortable and effortless while doing most any sport. For reference, he weighs 235 pounds and normally wears an XL or a size 36 in pants, and the extra large fit him really well—comfortable without being too tight or too loose. The material is lightweight, high quality, and very well made. They feel durable but breathable, which is perfect for workouts. He especially appreciates the variety of colors, since they’re easy to mix and match with different tops. Most importantly, they don’t ride up or do anything weird while he’s working out, which has been an issue with other shorts in the past. These shorts are decent but not something that I would buy again. The good part is that the fit is perfect. The size is right on, they’re not too tight or crazy loose, and the length is great. But, the bad is that the material is very thin. Honestly it feels more like you are wearing cotton boxers than wearing basketball shorts. I was hoping the material would be more like traditional basketball shorts, so in that regard these were not at all what I was expecting. But, they are comfortable enough and good for wearing around the house. Just not really anything I would wear out and about in public or on a basketball court! Read more
