This 360-degree rotating faucet filter was extremely disappointing. While it claims to remove heavy metals and hard water, there was no noticeable improvement in water quality after installation. The water tasted the same, and there was no reduction in hardness or odor, making the filtration claims feel misleading. The build quality is very poor. The plastic feels thin and cheap, and the rotating head becomes loose quickly, resulting in an unstable feel during use. It doesn't feel durable enough for daily use in the kitchen or bathroom. After a short period, it started dripping, which only added to the frustration. Fitment is another issue. Even with the included adapters, it did not sit securely on the faucet, and the overall design feels more like a temporary gadget than a reliable water purifier.
