How do I love these? Let me count the ways: 1) Incredibly soft - think like a fluffy warm kitten, (and I'm saying that with happiness even though I'm allergic to cats) 2) No itch, even though they're wool - thanks to the Merino sheep. 3) Not too thick, not too thin, just right to slip easily into my shoes without undue bulk. 4) Warm. Warmer than cotton or acrylic socks, yet not so hot that my feet sweat. 5) They fit perfectly, the heel is actually at my heel, not a loose blob halfway up my ankle. I wear a size 6 1/2 size shoe and this alone is a remarkable achievement. 6) The colors are muted and pretty, not loud and obnoxious or dull and drab. The assortment provided will "go" with most everything I wear. 7) Good strong elastic cuff that is stretchy enough to slip on easily, but doesn't fall down easily. Now for the bad - well, there isn't much really. The only thing that I would change about these socks is that I would like the top to go up another 1 or 2 inches on my leg so I could wear these with boots. They are too short for that, but work fine with shoes. Also, they are a bit slippery to wear "sock foot" on tile at home. A bit of caution is advised, there. Nice quality socks, feels thick and soft. Wish they were that really cloud soft material but at least they are still soft.
