Wow I never knew that the blade quality would make such a change in my shaving experience! I got a safety razor for Father's day last year and began using it with some Dorco blades are those were bad. The most I could get out of those razors was 2 shaves which usually I do in a week. Next I tried Sharks and while they lasted longer the razors were very rough on my skin. Lots of irritation and knicks here and there with no reason. After reading the review for the Lord Platinum I decided to give it a try and boy and I glad I try these! The best shaving experience I've had outside of a Barber Shop. The blades and super sharp so I don't have to run the shaver multiple times in the same area to achieve a close shave. They seems to last longer than the shark while keeping the sharpness and the best part for me is no knicks and cuts! Read more

I was really disappointed with the 50 Lord Double Edge Safety Razor Blades Platinum Class. The quality was subpar, and they dulled quickly after just a couple of uses. I expected more durability considering the price I paid for them. Overall, I wouldn't recommend these blades to anyone looking for a long-lasting and sharp shaving experience. Read more

These tug at first but seem to smooth out later. Not as sharp as expected but seem to last after the initial tugging . I prefer astra. Read more

Tried these on a whim and so impressed, I ordered an additional fifty. Great blade for my particular mug so far in a Mulhe R89 and Razorock Game Changer .84. On a side note, the packaging of the 50 count is first rate and reminds me of something you might have purchased at a duty free store or resort shop in a bygone era. "Platinum Class" for sure. Vastly inferior compared to shark super chrome blades, at least for me. Others may have better luck since no one blade fits the needs of everyone. Read more

These give a close, smooth, comfortable shave. One of my 2 favorites since I have been using a DE razor. These are very similar to the Shark Super Crome blades that came with my Parker razor, also very good. I also tried Derby blades which were good, but not as good as the Lord or Shark. Read more
