I don’t usually write reviews, but this machine earned it. I already have a smaller 32 ounce nut milk maker from another brand that’s been solid for over a year. I bought this one because I wanted something that could make a larger batch. Big mistake. Cons: It makes about the same amount as my smaller one, so there goes the “larger batch” idea. Fill it to the max line and it spits liquid out the top like it’s angry at you. I tried staying a couple ounces below the line came back to find the lid had popped off and milk all over my counter. It takes nearly three times longer to make the same amount of milk. Pros: It’s quieter. It’s pretty. That’s about it. It looks nice while making a mess and wasting my time. If you’re after convenience or larger batches, keep looking. Read more

I paid for the nut milk maker and was not contacted by the seller. I don't normally write reviews but partner and I are so happy with it I felt like recommending it. My partner loves the soy milk and hot chowder functions. Black Sesame Soup is her favorite since she grew up eating it. Black Sesame Soup isn't in the recipe book but I just modified the rice chowder recipe by replacing 60% of the rice with toasted black sesame and a date. She says it tastes better that her mama used to make. I love it because I'm the cook and it is simple to use and reliable. I don't understand why this isn't reviewed higher. It isn't noisy for something that chops nuts. In fact I often make soy milk in the morning while she is sleeping just down the hall. We have had it for 8 months and have had no problems. Read more

This is really an incredible machine. My first one didn't turn out so well, even though I had read and followed all instructions very clearly. I wanted it to last because it was helping me to live better, at a distance from markets. I contacted the seller, since it had been barely a month, and they kindly replaced it. Remarkable people. On my first one, there were gear parts coming out of it, and it sounded terrible. Obviously, I stopped using it and contacted them. The replacement has been great, many months in now. It sounded different than my first one, even from inception. In addition, I am even more careful with it, but I truly think something was wrong with my first one. Amazing machine! Comes with recipe booklet, measure spoon, metal and fabric strainers. It makes so much. Although there is a self-clean mode, I no longer use that so I don't wear out my machine. Cleaning it without that is a little tricky, I am super careful to not get water around the base or backside. Compact enough for kitchen counter, great! Very short cord, fine. The base and glass will become hot. I mainly use for just my soy/oat milks, which I combine into one mix, takes about 30 minutes, awesome! I rarely process more than 2/day, about 2-3 times/week, and give it a super break in between to cool everything down. It tends to be a little loud, but it's not horrid. Makes great soy-oatmilk which I strain, and use the pulp like mashed potato or maltomeal. I am very grateful for this invention that I can have right in my kitchen, and grateful for the folks who sell it and their attentiveness to business. Read more

The media could not be loaded. I've used this item half a dozen times since I purchased it back in Dec 2024, and noticed today, 10 March 2025, that the lid was starting to push itself off from the main canister while operating. I had a little over four cups of water with almonds and was under the cold max fill line. Mind you the ad says you can go up to five cups for cold drinks. If I hadn't noticed it, the lid would have eventually come off spraying liquid and almonds everywhere. I tried again with even less water (still under the cold max fill line) and the lid did not push up as much but it still moved up. I've attached a video of the lid moving on the first batch; note that the liquid is still under the cold max fill line, it's just the froth that makes it look higher. The photo is from the second batch I did where I put exactly four cups of water and at the end you can see the lid still moved up. I don't see how after a few uses the lid would degrade as far as fit. Yes, I had the lid on correctly, again I've used this previously and know how to operate the machine. Of course, I'm past my return date with Amazon but I have contacted the seller, and am now awaiting a response. I like the machine but the lid situation is crazy. I hope it's just a defect with that particular lid and not an issue that will continue due to the materials or design of the lid. Read more
