Updating and adding another star since the seller eventually contacted me with a refund offer so I'm happy, even though I am am still latte-less. Quite dependent on the strength of the battery and just when I thought I was getting the technique down, I had to replace the batteries and the speed was suddenly way too fast. Then, getting used to controlling it again, I released the button and it wouldn't stop. The only way to stop it was to remove one of the batteries and no amount of fiddling with seems to fix that. Contacted the company for help well before the return window expired and never heard back. Next step is probably to take it apart and fix it myself. It's cheap and worked well for a few weeks with decent control over the amount of froth created. Read more

The media could not be loaded. I bought this milk frother about 3 months ago for only $5, and it has worked wonderfully so far. It looks and feels very good quality and can be used for milk, coffee, hot chocolate, and many other drinks. It requires 2 AA batteries (not included), but they last a long time and the frother has great power. For the price, this is an excellent deal. I’ll definitely be buying a few more to give as gifts.
