These strips are a game-changer—gently lifting my nostrils open, they let me breathe easily through the night. I wake feeling refreshed instead of stuffy, and my partner even notices less snoring. They're simple, drug-free, and stay put without irritation. Whether it’s allergy season or just a stuffy day, they make breathing feel effortless. Read more

Did the job and helped me breathe better. However, I had to make sure to wipe my nose before putting these on because sometimes my natural oils prohibited the strips from sticking good. My nose isn’t really oily but I think the stickiness just isn’t the strongest. Read more

If you could solve the issue of being able to take the strip out of the little white cellophane encased package, I would say it’s the best strip to ever use. As once you figure out how to adhere it to your nose it stays on all night, but you have to put pressure on it a few times back-and-forth to ensure that it’s completely flat and stuck on you. You should put them in a package like Band-Aids. Those little cellophane protectors are horrible to open. You can’t even tear them with your teeth to open them. Read more

After trying these, the quality of my sleep improved. I buy them for other family members - gifts are my love language and giving people nasal strips are a great way to express it haha. Highly recommended. Read more

Well, these didn't work for me and for several reasons. The first night, I could maybe blame on "operator error" as when I woke up it was half off my nose and onto my face. The second night it peeled off. My face (and nose) was clean and free of any oiliness or product, but it still had a hard time staying in place as the glue side separated from the fabric side. One night in between these difficulties, it did stay on properly, I believe. But besides all that, I have an app that monitors snoring and my snoring was not reduced after several attempts with these. ;-( Apparently, there are two avenues that produce snoring, one from nose blockage and the other from constriction of air from your throat. I'm assuming that my throat is affecting my breathing and I may have to go the CPAP route. I don't know if I can recommend this brand or not for the quality issues mentioned (or *operator error", but these or similar may or may not be helpful in your case. Good luck everyone! Read more

I always thought these were silly, until I started using them. Made a huge difference in being comfortable and able to breath while sleeping. They stick almost as well as the higher cost brands, but helps to wash your face or at least wipe nose. I've used alcohol and that works too. Very effective, durable, and on the larger side. A small nose or child, might want to go with a smaller size. I noticed you can place them farther out on each side, so it contacts the bridge for adhesion, so play around with them and they will work for a med size women's nose, up to a med. man's nose I would think. They work great. The one trick I found was, when putting them on to hold the product on your nose for about 30 seconds and they will stick on all night long. I learned that after the first two fell off right away when I just stuck it on my nose and it popped off. Read more
