Before I even ordered this spectacular ceiling fan , my personal interactions with this Company Jsaitee was wonderful. They answered , with great pleasure , all of my questions and were extremely helpful and beneficial. I ordered this ceiling fan and received within lightning fast speed the ceiling fan within one day's time . My Husband assembled the fan with ease . The blades did not disappoint from picture to real life , they are beautiful and very long , as I had hoped for, in my opinion, and I love the fact that there are eight of them. The ceiling fan is extremely efficient and instantly cooled off our Master Bedroom. I love the three settings of the regular white light which goes from high bright to mildly bright , or to a nice soft white setting . The other features that we love about our new ceiling fan is the remote control and also the other light setting which is multicolored lights to choose from , which is a unique feature. We have been slowly getting Smart devices for our home over the last few years and now we have this innovative Smart ceiling fan in our Master Bedroom , how exciting . I love the sleek design , the look is very rich and luxurious . Feels so good not to have those pull strings hanging down anymore , like all of the other fans that we've ever had in this home and the other homes we've lived in before. I also love the fact that there's no obvious - to - the - eye metal or faux gold hardware showing , everything is matchy / matchy , the black showing that matches the black connectors of the blades and the black base that leads from the fan to the ceiling . There is another color to choose from on the other side of the fan blades, but we chose to expose the black colored side of the blades. Another feature that we love is the fact that the light bulbs are not showing , there's a cover that fits over the bulbs and that masks being able to see the light bulb( s)which can often be an eyesore or hurt your eyes when you look up at them , which is not the case with this unique ceiling fan . I love the fact that we can lay in bed now and have a remote control to adjust the temperature or light settings for this ceiling fan . Love this fan. Takes a long time to assemble it but it's very powerful, remote works great. If you have the patience to put it together, I highly recommend it. It does have a hook to hold it to the bracket while connecting the wires, so that was super helpful. It blasts the air, you can actually feel the breeze. great price! We love the light color options too. I still have to download the app. But the remote it comes with is enough for what we need. It looks good in our living room. I'm actually going to order 3 more to put up in other rooms of my house. Read more

It's a great fan, just couldn't get it to connect to my phone, and even if I could, it doesn't connect to Alexa or Google, so that's the only drawback to this fan unfortunately. Other than that fan works great and love the color features! Read more

I figured the rgb thing out, you need to swipe the fan icon to the left or right and you get the rgb option. I With that out of the way, the fan itself is nice. Installation isnt difficult, very self explanatory if you have installed a ceiling fan before, and easy enough to learn if you havent. Its extremely quiet on the first 2 settings, and as you start to approach 3 and above, the sound becomes reminiscent of rain patter. The light options are kind of weird, you chose essentially a surgical light blue, a deep orange, or a mix of the two that is close to what normal lights give off, but not quite familiar. The lights can also be dimmed or brightened which is extremely nice. The app you can connect this ceiling fan to works, but some of the options are just strange. You can change the direction the blades spin, but there is also a button that changes the direction of the wind, which does not seem to work. There are also 2 settings for sleep or natural sounds, and both of these options did not seem to change anything either. With all that out of the way, ive paid 80 bucks for this fan. It has options that more expensive fans do not. Do i think its worth it? yes, but with the understanding the lighting is kind of weird. Read more

Fan is nice looking and works with the remote. Kinda. I can't seem to get the light to red using the remote. The remote does turn it on and off though. The whole reason we bought it was so we could use the app and turn the light to red. I can't get the app to connect to the fan, and I've tried it several, several times. I've emailed the email address that is in the app. It's been a week and no reply. Doesn't matter how nice looking it is if it's not functional. Reading through some of the reviews on the app, others have commented that since the last app update, they can no longer use their app/ can't get it to work. My guess is the manufacturer knows this and this is why I'm not getting an email back. Read more
