Using this 5x lighted magnifying glass has been so very helpful to me especially when sewing. I’m somewhere in my years of mid-life (not going to tell!) where I need a little extra help seeing small prints and small things. This light is perfect for my needs. It’s super easy to assemble, just attach the glass to the bendable arm and the magnetic connection catches it and keeps it stable. To charge your magnifying glass, just attach the USB and charge it. To turn on, just a small button on the side. I have not used it yet for a prolonged period of time so I am not yet sure how long a full charge holds in hours used. That being said, I just fit over my head, bend it to where I need it and away I sew! It’s impossible for me to thread a needle without help. It’s super bright, magnifies 5x, easy to assemble, lightweight, easy to charge, easy to use, the perfect size, & well worth the cost … who could ask for anything more! Read more

The light and magnifying glass are perfect. We’ve been losing power a lot lately, so I’ve been sitting on my couch, knitting and embroidering by the light of this awesome thing. My only disappointment is with the size and shape of the neck loop. It’s very long and no matter how I try to position it closer to my face, it doesn’t stay. That may just be a ‘me’ problem though. This hands free magnifier is great. It's so easy to use. I like the light its really bright and the magnifier easily detaches. Like that its hands free and its rechargeable. Excellent for reading, sewing, cross stitch, etc. Good value for the money. Would recommend it. Read more

It works great and allows me to do my needlepoint with my old eyes. The main problem is how quickly the charge runs down. It only works for one to one and a half hours before the light dims WAY down. Read more

The size is nice for sewing, it is heavy around your neck. It is good value for the money, it would work for reading as well as sewing since it has a light with magnification. The neck is a strong sturdy material & the magnifier feels like it is a good quality. For assembly just connect the two magnetic ends. Works very well nice bright light & large magnification. Just the weight of the neck piece is the only problem. But, even though it feels heavy it would need to be to hold the magnifier steady. Rechargeable light is also a plus. Read more
