I have been alternating between using buckwheat hull pillows and the My Pillow just so I could adjust the neck support and not feel pain. Those other pillows worked somewhat, but I knew there had to be something better. This cervical neck pillow is perfect in every possible way. I’ve been sleeping through the night and not waking up to have to adjust the pillow. It’s so soft yet supportive. The weight of my head doesn’t feel like it’s resting on a heavy brick (buckwheat hull pillow) and I can comfortably switch to side sleeping and have the perfect support I need. I bought a similar pillow to this at the same time I purchased this one and it was good, but a little too high and it forced my chin down onto my neck. It seems to be helping with my neck pain. The material is soft and it doesnt cause you to overheat and it doesnt smell. The memory foam is firm enough where you dont sink into it. The pillow has different areas of support that is ideal for all kids of sleepers. I do like the size as well. One suggestion, I would have loved if it had a spare cover when you have to wash (unless there is one and I missed it?). Overall, it is a great pillow. Read more
I’m extremely impressed with this 5X Pain Relief Cervical Neck Pillow! It has truly helped with my neck and shoulder pain, and for the first time in a while, I am actually able to sleep comfortably on a pillow again. This pillow is worth every cent for me! My neck and upper back pain is gone after using this pillow for a few weeks. I am so thankful to have found this pillow. I also breastfeed my 18 month old and it makes side feeding sooooo much easier because I am not having to use my arm to hold myself up since this pillow provides ample support. Great cooling effect, excellent value and perfect replacement pillow for me. The reviews drew me into this particular selection. The cooling effect was a big seller as I get hot while sleeping. I have not had any neck or shoulder issues using this pillow and have been sleeping on it for about 2 weeks so far. I got this as a replacement for a prior pillow, similar shape. This matched it in size and the support. It arrives compressed in a small package but it fully expanded in less than an hour. Sometimes these items can have an odor that's off putting, but I did not notice an odor at all with this pillow so I was happy to be able to use it on the same day I received it.
