Alright, the first thing about this pillow to note is that it even says in the paperwork that it may take a few days to get used to. This is true. Within a week of first use I was pretty happy with this pillow. I am primarily a back sleeper. That said, I also like my head to be supported in a way that keeps it mostly upright. This pillow almost nails this preference completely. The support is really good. I do not lay on my stomach much, but the shape seems good for such a thing. Was great getting a back rub using this. It is also somewhat cool. As in, it does not hold heat as much as other pillows I have used. That is always good! I have been using this every night since the 24hr wait after arrival and totally intend to keep using it going forward. It is not a soft pillow, it is more on the firm side, but it is also not overly firm. I prefer soft, fluffy pillows and I do not mind this thing at all. I have a wedge pillow made for side sleepers that I use with this sometimes. For me personally, this pillow is a little thin for side sleeping with it on its own, however, popping it on top of another thinner pillow for a bit of elevation solves this problem and makes for a great side sleep. So here are the cons. -It is more on the firm side for those of you who prefer softer pillows, but it is also not overly firm like others. -I wish the side/raised areas of the neck supports for the back laying position were slightly taller and softer, although they are fine as is, personal preferences. -The shape does not fit in our typical covers. It is smaller and you will need to find pillowcases that actually fit otherwise there is tons of extra material just hanging around, lol. -It is on the more expensive side. That said, this is a good pillow. Especially if it lasts a while. I really like it and it is welcomed over similar but standard shaped memory foam pillows. The contours help so much! I believe the price could bring more buyers if lowered, this is a pretty good buy and has helped me not only sleep better, but also wake up with fewer issues like back and neck pain. I wholehearted believe this is a product you will need to test out and see if it is a fit for you. Turned out to be just what I needed. The quality seems to be on par with the price, there is nothing bad whatsoever that I can say bad about quality. Although sometimes these pillows degrade when it comes time for washing. I will update when that time comes and if that produces any new, worth information. As of right now, this is a good pillow! Otherwise, I recommend this pillow. I wanted this because I had been having neck pain in the morning more when getting up and knew it had to be the way I was sleeping. I had tried a couple other typical memory foam pillows but wasn't seeing results I had hoped. The ergonomic shape of this pillow is what made it stand out and the design to work with people's different sleep positions. I have been using for awhile and have noticed an actual improvement in how I feel. It did take a couple nights to adjust to this pillow but I now sleep much better, feel much better, and my husband has commented I am snoring less. Snoring was not a concern I had when getting it but its been a nice benefit. I just need to find a proper pillow case for it so it stays clean, but the I did check and the case is completely removable (there is a snap in the middle that keeps both sides joined) and washable. I have wanted one of these types of pillows for a long time. I am a side sleeper and always have trouble getting the pillow just right. This pillow is definitely well designed and cradles my head very well. It has a nice soft breathable cover that you can zipper off and throw in the wash. The foam they use in this pillow doesn’t get too hot which is good. It is a little on the firmer side and I wish it was a tiny bit softer. But overall, I think this pillow is a very good value and would recommend it if you were looking for something like this. Read more

I am a side sleeper and a pillow hugger. This pillow is perfect for side sleepers and it is so comfortable. I sleep on my back occasionally, but I’m never comfortable, this pillow has changed that. I actually enjoy sleeping on my back as the pillow perfectly cradles my head and aligns my neck and shoulders. When I first received the pillow ai was worried that the plastic piece in the center of the pillow would hurt my head, but I don’t feel it at all. My only complaint is that the first 24 hours the pillow did have a slight chemical smell. I let the pillow air out and there is no smell now. I’m a pretty restless sleeper, always tossing and turning, but this pillow has changed that. It’s amazing how much a good pillow can improve your sleep. It cradles my head just right, and I’ve noticed I’m not flipping my pillow over all night anymore. It stays cool, which is a big plus for me. I’ve had it for a few weeks now, and it’s still as supportive as the day I got it. The queen size is perfect, not too big or small. And the cover? Super easy to remove and wash.
