adjustable bands for strength training
Of the resistance bands I've used before, this is probably the best. The XLMABZ 6 gear resistance band is adjustable - you can choose to use 1 to 6 tubes, depending on the resistance level that you want. This is useful for progressive overload with strength training. In total, twelve tubes are included. Removing and replacing the tubes into the handles were very easy to do. The handles are made of hard plastic and appear to be heavy-duty. They're relatively easy and comfortable to grip. This resistance band is lightweight, compact and portable. Works well for travel and home use. This resistance band set is the best I have found! Most come as one piece where this one is adjustable you can add or take off the bands to get the resistance you need.
