The belts were long, they were easy to adjust to the correct length but make sure you leave enough room after the belt buckle so belt goes under the first belt loop on your pants. I cut the belt to length and then singed the end of the belt, its plastic so just move the plastic cut end quickly through the lit match to lock in the polymer fibers.
