It's an attractive piece that easily installs into the 2 USB-C connections on the front of the console. Fits tightly and they even thought of putting 2 sided foam tape at the top of the backside of the device to prevent too much pressure on the USB-C connectors and to keep it from falling out. When I upgraded to the ps pro I didn’t realize I’d be short a USB port. The front side USB has been converted to another usb type c so I was down a standard usb making it impossible to plug my headphones and my camera all in at the same time. Super glad I found this because it gave me my portable back plus some and the lil strip of adhesive on the back keeps it in place, so no wobble or strain on the usb-c port. The media could not be loaded. I also used this USB hub to charge my three PS5 controllers—two at a time. I wasn't even trying to test it at first; I was in the middle of a heated Monopoly game against my caregiver when one controller died (before I got the hub). We grabbed another, and it was dying too (also before the hub). So this little device came in very handy. With it, I was able to quickly charge each controller. The PS5 didn't explode or catch on fire—always a bonus! Honestly, I loved it so much my mom had to talk me out of buying a second one… and I don’t even own a second PS5!
