Great results, but it’s a bit of a space-hog

I’m impressed with the quality of this sharpener. It feels solid and well-built. Most importantly, it actually works - I’ve been able to bring several dull kitchen knives back to life with very little effort. The adjustable angle settings make it incredibly easy to sharpen any knife in my drawer, from my thin paring knives to my heavier chef's knife, without having to guess if I’m holding it at the right angle. The only downside is the size. It is definitely bulky and requires a lot of space to store in my kitchen cabinets. If you have limited drawer space, you might find it a bit cumbersome to tuck away. However, if you have the room for it, the performance is well worth the footprint! Read more
