Product worked fine for my laptop, it got quite warm but I've come to expect that. Unfortunately within a few weeks of my purchase I pressed the charger against the side of my couch while it was plugged in, and the usb-c adapter piece bent to one side (with very little force). The charger no longer works, though I haven't fiddled with it much. Should've expected the lack of durability considering the price. Be careful with it and you'll be fine. Read more
