This is my first time using a gel polish that requires curing with UV or LED light. I was skeptical because I've been doing my own nails forever with regular polish and some fast-drying types, and I'm pretty good at it. But it does take a long time to dry, and I end up doing them over a couple days to really let them harden, which gets in the way of other activities. SO - I bought this LadyMisty lamp, some inexpensive base- and top-coat, and a set of holiday nail colors as a frugal way to dip my toes in so to speak. Well I'm very surprised - I did a pretty good job of it, and it was a quick process all the way through! The light has three settings for 30 - 60 - 90 seconds, but in case you need a bit more time you can just pop in for a few seconds more if you like and it turns of when you remove your hand. It has plenty of lights to encompass your whole hand so it dries all around evenly. As I said it turns off when you remove your hand. It's very attractive and lightweight, I'm storing it in the box it came in because it's not bulky, just the right size and protective when not in use (and I won't need to use it again for maybe 3 weeks!). One caveat is that if you move your hand inside, it may start the timer over, but that's not a big deal. I really love this product! Read more

I love, it counts down how many seconds are left which is a game changer, and the light doesn’t get hot which i was worried about with the price and all, i got it for 8-9 bucks, but it’s amazing if i haven’t said that before, good for beginners but it does have a short cord i just got it so idk if it flickers, it works with my elbow touching it so the touch control is good lol Read more

This UV LED nail lamp works perfectly! It cures gel polish quickly and evenly — no more sticky spots or waiting forever. The digital timer is super convenient, and I love the motion sensor that automatically turns the lamp on when you place your hand inside. It’s lightweight but powerful, and the size fits both hands comfortably. I’ve used it several times now, and it gives professional salon results every time. Definitely a must-have for at-home manicures! Read more

I’m really impressed with this nail lamp. The size is perfect. It’s compact enough to store easily, but still big enough to fit my whole hand comfortably without feeling cramped. It cures gel polish quickly and evenly, and I’ve had no issues with under-curing or sticky spots. My nails come out fully set and glossy every time. The timer options are clear and easy to use, and I like that it has multiple settings depending on what I’m doing. The display is simple and accurate, which makes the whole process feel smooth and controlled. For the price, this works just as well as more expensive lamps I’ve tried. If you’re doing gel at home, this is a solid choice. Read more

I bought this to replace my light that died after 7 years and tgat company isn't around any more. It worked in an emergency to finish the set I was doing but, the quality just isn't there. It's very light compared to the other, it's all plastic. The base doesn't have any feet so it slides around. Very annoying since I usually do my nails on a tray in my lap. It's also hollow so there isn't even a flat surface to add grippy pads. I chose this because it has more lights that others and the half power feature. However it still has a problem curing black or dark polishes especially ones that are no wipe. I've been doing my nails at home for 10 years and I've never had a problem with polishes not curing. The half power setting still causes heat spikes if curing anything minorly thick like builder gel or nail glue. I recommend doing the first 10 to 20 secs with your hand right at the opening and then putting it all the way in. I actually don't like that the buttons are touch, I accidentally turn it on when just trying to move it. The LCD also doesn't turn all the way off when not on, it shows "000" and does get hot, which means I can't just leave it plugged in on my desk. It's about the same price I paid for my original lamp but with inflation it's not anywhere near the same quality. Its fine in a pinch for same day shipping but I wouldn't recommend for beginners or pros. My search for a new quality nail lamp continues Read more

Very good UV LED lamp for doing gel nails at home, though it does take two cycles per coat to get the polish fully cured. For the price this is fantastic. Just keep in mind it's not as strong as those in a nail salon. I always put sunscreen on the top of my hands before I use this lamp, so I won't get old lady sun spots. Read more
