This band has a good amount of stretch and feels well made. The extra length really does make a difference compared to standard fabric bands. I have tight shoulders, and folding it in half and anchoring it under my feet worked great for pulling my shoulders down while doing neck exercises, it holds steady without pinching or slipping. One side has a rubberized non-slip strip, which helps keep it in place, but most of the band is fabric, which I prefer over thick rubber loop bands. It’s wide (about 3"), so pressure is spread out and it’s comfortable against the body. That said, it’s not a heavy-duty resistance band. It won’t support body weight, so you can’t hang from it or use it for assisted pull-ups. Because it’s so long, some movements require a bit of creativity, but for stretching, mobility, and light resistance it’s a really nice addition to a home gym. For the price, it feels fair for a well-made, extra-long fabric band that excels at flexibility and mobility work. Read more
This thing is so well made I was even surprised. Usually they’re garbage, so for the price, you can’t beat it. It’s apparently machine washable which is also amazing. And the carrying case (which, I usually thing they’re stupid) is actually helpful for storage. The resistance will definitely build muscle, though I’m not really sure how to explain how stretchy it is. It’s the amount you want if you want a decent workout. I’m 5’9 and it’s super helpful for me for squats. I plan to double it up for stretching as well. You’ll have to google workouts since it doesn’t come with an insert which would have been a bonus. But I will not complain because it’s pretty great. Read more
From the very first workout I instantly knew this was the best workout strap I have ever used. It’s made incredibly well. Has all the elasticity of the regular style strap, maybe even more, However it doesn’t pull your skin or hair because it’s mostly a soft textured fabric. There is also a lot less danger of it snapping back and injuring you during the workout. I love how versatile it is. You can literally mimic just about any machine, cage or free weight apparatus you will find in any basic gym. I love that it’s small enough to fit in the glove box of a car so you can literally take your workout with you wherever you go. You can also change where you hold the strap and increase or decrease the resistance level accordingly. The only thing I don’t like about it is the strange scent it has. It is not overpowering but definitely noticeable. Read more
This is a high‑quality resistance band. It’s far better than the typical rubber stretch bands. There are countless exercises you can do with it, and it works extremely well for building muscle, increasing strength, and toning. It feels like gym‑quality equipment, being strong, durable, and built to last for years without the risk of snapping. It even looks nice stored on my workout equipment cart. The resistance level is great, and you can easily intensify it by folding the band. It’s comfortable to use and handles well during workouts. It performs exactly as the listing describes, and it does it well. At the current price, it’s an excellent value. For a small investment, you get a versatile tool capable of delivering a solid, intense workout. I am very pleased with this in terms of quality and durability. I highly recommend it. Read more
This resistance span means business. I mainly got it to put on my Smith machine so I could use it for assisted pull-ups. I looked up a bunch of different things that I could do with it, but this seems to be the one that I’m focusing on right now. It definitely helps since I’m not quite strong enough to pull myself up without help. And it is very thick and durable. It’s a soft fabric material and not the rubbery latex kind which is very nice since it doesn’t roll up on itself and it doesn’t hurt on my legs and feet. It’s very comfortable. It’s sooo long. Definitely a neat find! Read more
This band immediately stood out to me because of the length. At 76 inches, it’s noticeably longer than most fabric resistance bands, and that makes it far more versatile. I use it mainly for stretching, but it also works great for upper- and lower-body exercises, mobility work, and activation drills. The fabric quality is solid. It has a smooth, controlled stretch without feeling flimsy or overly elastic, and it doesn’t roll or pinch like some cheaper bands. It feels stable under tension, which makes it easy to use for slow, controlled movements and rehab-style work. It’s also comfortable on the skin, even during longer sessions, and I like that it’s washable. The included mesh bag is a nice bonus for storage and travel. Overall, this is a very well-made, extra-long resistance band that’s useful for a wide range of training styles. If you do a lot of stretching, mobility, or bodyweight work, the length alone makes it worth it. Read more
Well made strap for those 72” and taller. So much softer than rubber bands and no pulled arm/leg hair. Resistance is good and stretches well with good resistance throughout the range of motion. Nice addition to our home gym equipment. Only drawback is that it didn’t come with any instructions but it did include a nice carrying bag. Read more
