Even resistance and easy to switch out bands. It really does allow for a wide weight range to work with depending on how you switch out and combine bands. Comfortable grips. Seems good quality despite the plastic hardware. I will update review if regular use proves otherwise! Update as promised, approx 6 months after initial purchase: I’ve been using these resistance bands pretty consistently 3-4 times per week. It has been my first set of resistance bands so I don’t know how long they are supposed to last, but I am coming back to order a new set because my first set is starting to show signs of wear at the points where they rub the edge of my sneakers. (I don’t want to risk one snapping if I let them wear too much.) All other parts of the bands (connectors, handles) are in good condition still. This resistance band set gave me more than enough resistance options to go from little tone when I started (right after a 60+ pound weight loss) to noticeably toned/defined arms, shoulders, and upper back following a 20 minute workout 3-4 times per week with this set. The better sets that are made for people seriously into "working out" in strenuous ways cost $60 up. The cords with handles that cost less than this set of 3 have questionable connectors that are more at risk of snapping and hurting you while you're using them. I'm no trainer nor expert, just an older female who wants to get stronger and remain independent. This is a good set to start with, even if I get gung-ho later and decide to get one of the more "pro" sets. Gaim products have always been good choices for me. Read more

I like the design concept but am disappointed that the clip used is plastic and difficult to quickly change out bands or attach to hooks. It is likely to break over time. Also the padding on the handles could be a bit thicker. I compared to my 20 year old bands that I am replacing (only for fear that eventually they will snap due to age). I like the thicker foam padding better for gripping. I will likely buy some metal carabiner clips and replace. We'll see if these will last me the next 20 years. Ha.
