Wow!! This rug really exceeded my expectations. For some reason when I was reviewing this product, I was highly skeptical how the quality would be, especially since it's custom cut for a decent price, but WOW! The texture is super soft. I've been looking for a texture like this for my area rugs for nearly a month now with no luck, and I somehow stumbled upon it with this runner. It was cut exactly to the 11 ft. length we needed and perfectly fit the little hallway we have. Not to mention, I didn't even realize it was a non-slip back, so I can return the gorrila grip pad I bought that would keep my rug in place and prevent accidents and injuries in the home. When I took it out of its box, it was neatly rolled with a note that said, "customized 11 ft." I simply unrolled it where I needed it to be and voila! The media could not be loaded. I have ordered 4 rugs from 3 different companies in the last month. This is the best packaged rug I've received. It was rolled onto a hard tube facing out so when put down it would instantly lay flat and the tube prevents the edge from getting a kink in it. The custom length runner was true to length and hemmed well. Surprisingly, for such a long runner, it doesn't slip at all on the hardwood floor and needs no pad for movement. Has a mild cushion. My one gripe is that the gray I purchased is very dark in the pictures, closer to a charcoal or pewter, and in person it is more light and silvery and has a very distinct change in color depending on what side of the hall you are coming from, also shows foot tracks very easily because of it. This is not expressed in the images or descriptions. The was no chemical smell that lingered at all. I purchased primarily because I moved from a carpeted home to one with all wood, which my bunny thinks is lava, so now he is happy running up and down the hall again and was worth every penny. :) Read more

I ordered both the runner and two smaller rectangular rugs in the same color to use in hallway stair landing and at front door. The thickness is perfect for the front door. It slides easily over the rug. Vacuums easily. Follow directions for washing/drying. They washed fine, but I was in a hurry one and dried one in the dryer and the non-skid backing cracked. Still usable but may continue to flake. Air dry. Colors are good and did not fade in washing. Non-skid backing really works well on vinyl floor. Read more

I'm so glad I found these rugs. Lots of great patterns and colors to choose from, no need to purchase and apply rug mats to make them slip resistant, and the option to choose your length is fantastic. The bottom has a yoga-mat feel to it that does a pretty good job of sticking to the floor. They also come rolled up instead of folded, so no need to work out any creases. And if you buy multiple, like I did, they come rolled up together, which I thought was a nice touch. My senior pup is already loving the extra traction in the house. Read more

I was looking for a long hallway rug to help soften the sound of my cats running because i’m in the second floor apartment. hallway runners are SO expensive especially for a custom length. I got the 28 foot rug and it fit perfectly. its very comfortable to walk on, and looks nice. It helps with the sound and there are carpet pads underneath it. I am very happy with the purchase and think it’s totally worth the cost for custom sized areas. Read more

tough and well made + handles a beater bar vacuum well even though it states not too. I needed extra long rugs, like 12 ft, so I felt limited so was thankful to find these but I had to sacrifice color. I hope the company soon gets their supplier to make in colors for modern homes. Read more
