This nonstick frying pan is excellent, and the tempered glass lid is a great bonus. I’ve had it for several months, and the nonstick surface has truly held up. I’ve cooked eggs in every style—scrambled, sunny-side up, over easy—and nothing sticks. Meats, vegetables, rice, and more all cook perfectly. It’s also super easy to clean; just a small drop of soap is all it takes. I really like that the handle is attached with an external screw, so nothing protrudes inside the pan. Items should clearly state ASSEMBLY REQUIRED so I could avoid them. I hate putting things together as there is always a piece missing or something! In this case there is a tiny nut that fell out when removing the screw never to be found again. Thus the handle couldn't be placed properly. I did the best I could and finally duct taped the handle. Not a great look for a brand new item. Will see how well it cooks. Read more
