Be aware this is made in the PRC. I struggled with whether to give this product three or four stars. Because of its ease of use, I gave it four stars. If we were going by the scent, I would have given it three stars. The product is easy to use as you simply shake the bottle apply foam to your hand and rub it into your scalp in thinning hair areas. Although the scent is not very strong, there is an order that is reminiscent of alcohol/medicine. Being that the scent does not get washed out, I was tempted to only give three stars. I have used similar products that have a pleasant scent and make it more likely to use the recommended two times a day. There is a large ample supply in the eight bottle pack. I should mention the scent does not appear to be long lasting, and a light splash of cologne will camouflage it. That’s how I arrived back at four stars. I ordered this minoxidil in hopes of encouraging new hair growth. My hair is extremely thin with multiple patches that have no hair at all. This package includes eight canisters, and each one should last about a month when used twice daily. According to the directions, it can take 2–3 months before new growth becomes noticeable. The instructions are very well written and easy to follow. I’ve been using the product for about a week now and have experienced no adverse reactions. I’ve been careful to follow the directions exactly. To make application easier—and to better track any new growth—I decided to shave my head so I could easily massage the product into my scalp. I haven’t experienced any adverse reactions so far, which was my biggest concern. It’s easy to dispense and simple to apply.
