For 10 bucks this is a great little kit. Took about 20~ minutes to replace both sticks on one controller (This includes the learning curve of doing it for the first time, as well as taking some extra time to clean up the plastics while it was apart). Highly recommend watching a youtube video and going along - But its fairly easy to do, just make sure to be careful. I have a 1st generation controller (Day 1 Ps5), the sticks fit perfectly for me. Sticks look and feel great - Youd be very hard pressed to tell theyre not OEM (Oem have a sliiiightly softer rubber coating on them, but even touching both side by side its difficult to tell). I’m typically not impressed with much and rarely leave reviews but you get a lot of stuff for $9.99. Other sellers sell one pair for $7. This came with 4 pairs, tools and I have to say the little screw driver works really well. Most give you some disposable screw driver that strips and this one is perfect size and has a spinning top so it is nice to use. All comes in this plastic hard holder for storage too. These are great! Really good value for the money. Bought this to replace original worn sticks. Love all the different color options available. Comes will all the tools needed to dissemble the controller also which is a very nice plus. Have only been using these for a week but have had ZERO issues. I purchased this to replace a ps5 analog stick after the rubber top came off the controller. These arrived quickly and contained everything needed for a fast replacement. Took me about 30 minutes from start to finish for 1 controller, and everything worked perfectly after reassembly. I honestly can't even tell which is OEM vs not until I look for the additional texture on the outside. Watch the videos online for how to disassemble and reassemble the controller as you have to be careful with the ribbon cables. Read more
