After searching for a while, these are the best bang for your buck. They are super easy to assemble, your sneakers easily fit sideways, which is great if you want to display them. Another high point is that the acrylic is clear so your shoes are visible. I've seen this be a problem with other boxes at a similar price. Easily the best purchase I’ve made for my collection. Build quality is good enough, and parts are flexible enough to allow for easy assembly but sturdy enough to not just completely break. It’s a thin-ish plastic material, but does shatter. Lid fits great with magnets. Assembly was easy. Looks great. They seem to be fairly durable. I would recommend these over and over to someone. I bought two 8 packs, and I will be buying one or two more to have room for my collection as it grows. The tallest shoe I could fit was a Travis Scott 6 in a size 9. Pros: - Very easy to build - Good value, it gets the job done - Pegs provide stable stacking vs just nesting Cons: - Flimsy thin plastic all around except for the harder plastic door panel - Jordan 1 highs fit but I don't see how sizes much larger than 11 fit I'm coming from using another shoe box brand that doesn't appear to be around any longer. Those were built like tanks and had additional width. They were also more than twice the price of these. So it depends on how important quality materials are to you and how much of a box tax you want to pay for every new pair you get. The back panel is made by folding the top/bottom thin plastic over.
