On Prime Day, I bought my wife a set of these to help get "our" closet in order, as her shoes were everywhere and a real mess. I put them together for her and am still waiting for her to actually put them to use. I was impressed enough to decide to buy myself some for my office closet, but for me, I needed something that would hold size 14 shoes, some of which are big HOKA hiking shoes. I was leery that my bigarse shoes would actually fit into anything like this, but boy oh boy, I was seriously surprised when it arrived and not only fit all my various shoes/sneakers, etc, but even had room to spare. At first glance, I was far from impressed, as everything seems very flimsy, and I just didn't think there would be any way this would hold up and actually have support. But once I got the boxes together, and then lined them up 4 wide, and 3 high, I was amazed at just how excellent they work. They are not flimsy at all. The doors on them work great somehow and they even look pretty decent. And, you can put sandals or flips on the tops, meaning 4 more pairs are organized. I replaced a standard show rack that I paid probably double for and this new system holds more shoes that that rack did. It also keeps them contained inside the plastic box, so no dust gets all over them. I can't recommend these highly enough. I am beyond impressed with the design and ease of putting them together (once you get the hang of it, as there is a small learning curve). I will be buying more. Read more

These are nice ...for real! Looks great in closet ...feels kinda cheap but once put together, its sturdy and goes together well. One lid has issues staying closed...really don't wanna tape it, looks cheap....but not returning. Read more

Overall, these shoe storage boxes worked great. I wear a size 13 and they fit perfectly. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was I had to return the original package as there were multiple broken pieces. The second shipment had no broken pieces. I did order another set and that had 2 broken pieces but I managed to make it work. You probably have to order a couple of them in order to get a box that has no broken pieces. Perfect for size 13, they are sturdy and stay in place. Fits my large high tops with no problem. Plenty of room. Stacked in two rows and have not leaned yet in the month or so I’ve had them. The XL oddly is not as sturdy for size 10 shoes. With 2 packs used to make 3 rows was it was not stable as the XXL. Read more

Easy to put together and does a good job of organizing my shoes but they are more flimsy than they appear in the images. They store my size 13 and 14’s but I am now unable to assemble these rest of the containers I didn’t use. The plastic warped over time and the tabs simply will NOT click and lock in place no matter how well I have them lined up. Disappointing. Read more

I took a leap of faith ordering these, hoping this shoebox would fit my Hubbie's size 15 sneakers. The reviews mentioned a sz. 14 fitting, so I was hesitant. But they fit with a few millimeters to spare (for some pairs, not high tops). Someone with a sz. 16 might be able to still fit this box-depending on the brand and style, but I doubt a size larger than size 16 sneaker would. The assembly was a bit of a hassle, but we figured it out (directions were in broken English). These boxes are taller than the cardboard boxes, so they took up more space, but overall they look way better in our small space. My husband appreciates the easy access by opening the door in the front, so he doesn't have to juggle his tall stack of boxes toppling over trying to get to the pair on the bottom of the stack.
