These are not normal red band resistance compared to the other bands.
These bands were not the thickness or durability I was expecting. Very thin and not the same resistance as other bands I have gotten on Amazon. I use Westside barbell bands and though these would be close to the same. They are not. Read more

Not completely sure on these bands
So at first glance these seem great. They're stretchy, they don't have that weird smell some rubbers and plastics do, they work as resistance bands are intended to, and while they stretch well enough they're not too loose. That said, I'm not 100% on these yet. I can't tell if they are just too weak for me, if I'm getting used to them, or if they're not made well. I will have to test them longer and see how they do over time, but I'm currently concerned with how they will hold up as they have quickly began to feel "loose" or flimsy if you will, even for stretch bands. I will see how things go, but right now I'm giving them a basic "they're ok" and will see if they hold up. Read more
