Very roomy, and doesn’t leak at all, had a bit of a hard time putting it together at first because we couldn’t find the instructions (they’re on the tag inside the bag, found them once we were putting the tent up) so it took us a little bit to get it up, but now that we know how it goes together, this thing can be put up and taken down pretty quickly. We had raccoons trying to get into our tent the first couple of nights and they didn’t succeed so, safe to say it’s raccoon proof.
