This portable heater really surprised me in a good way. It heats up very quickly, and it’s lightweight and easy to move around the house. In just a few minutes you can feel the room getting warmer. This is a pretty small but attractive heater. I enjoy the retro style. Heat output is kind of low, I tried it in my basement shop area, and it isn't large enough for that space. It might be more suited for a cold office or desk area. An uninsulated or climate-controlled basement is too much area. There is a lot of thin plastic on it and it is very light. Which makes me question how long and even how safe it is. The power cord is also short, I'd guess about 3 feet. It's a budget heater and I don't expect it to last long, the quality just doesn't feel like it's there. Functionally it does work, it does output some heat but unless you are very close to it, I don't think it'll make much difference. Unless you really like the look of it I would get something that performs better. Read more
This heater is small but puts out great warmth fast. I really like that it shuts off if it tips and the constant temperature setting keeps the room comfortable. The two heat modes are handy and it feels safe to use around my family. Read more

While this heater is cute in design, it's really not worth $45.99. This heater is VERY BASIC...no bells or whistles. I've purchased $15 heaters that has more features than this one has. PROS: -IT'S SMALL- about the size of my forearm & im short. And not even as tall as my coffee mug. -It's cute! -It does heat up and it heats up fast. -Anti-scalding feature. CONS: -The box says that it will warm the whole house but that's laughable. I put this in my small bathroom for 30 min & when I went in, I was expecting it to be hot but it wasnt. It's not even winter yet so imagine when it's freezing out...this wont be able to even touch winter. -There is only 2 heat levels- 1 & 2 (low and high). Love the simplicity of it BUT... -There is no temperature gauge - which is important to me. Not having a thermostat means it doesnt automatically shut off when it hits a certain temperature. DANGER! I feel like this can cause a fire if one forgets to shut it off. -The power cord is so short. Even with an outlet by my desk, it's not long enough to sit on top of my desk. This really limits where you can place this heater. This heater is not totally useless. As mentioned above, it does heat up & heats up fast. But the only way to really feel the heat is by having it directly in front of you. I was going to give this a 3-star because of how basic it is but the price is ridiculous so I took off a star. I would only spend $20 at most for this. Read more
