My husband has been trying out lot of different brands of these nasal bands over the past few months. He uses them for nighttime nasal congestion. Like all of the rest, these don’t stick through the night unless he washes his nose before bed. These seem to be better made than many of the others he has tried. The spring in the middle pulling the nostrils open is stronger and the little slits on the edges help the material adhere to your nostrils better. The flesh tone is neither a bonus or a hinderance for us as he’s just wearing them to bed, but if you’re using them for sports or working out, as the package indicated they can be helpful for, having a more flesh toned color could be nice. Of course, this is only one very white flesh tone, and it doesn’t appear they offer other flesh tone variants, so that only helps a limited number of people. The packaging on these is fine, they come in a box, each individually packaged but connected in strips of 10 with perforations between. You just tear one off each time you need one. The box is nice and small which is great for storage, but I prefer a resealable bag myself. The box is going to rip at some point and the we’ll have to find some other container for them. But, I do like that each one has its own wrapping. Makes it easy to take them on vacation. So overall, definitely a good option. They help my husband sleep through the night without nasal congestion and have some great features and upgrades similar products are lacking. The quality is there. Read more

I've developed breathing issues after a surgery and Covid a few years ago, specifically a constant feeling of being stuffed up, but nothing in there. Because of this, I have a hard time breathing through my nose, and after seeing several specialists, I'm still a mouth breather searching for relief. I tried these nose strips before bed, washed my face as instructed, and put the strip on my nose as the picture instructed. First, the strip didn't stay on after washing my face with face wash without any oils. I don't have oily skin; in fact, my skin is dry. I then cleaned my nose with witch hazel, which seemed to do the trick because it stayed on. So if you are having issues with the strip staying in place, try an astringent. I did have an issue placing the strip as shown in the picture. As a previous review stated, it seems these strips are made for larger noses, as they covered a large part of my nose. For reference, when I say larger noses, I mean in length, not width. I'm Latina with wider tips and nostrils than those of European descendants, and the strip was too wide to cover adequately. Even with the placement struggle, I left it in the best place possible, and after moving and adjusting the strip multiple times, it still had outstanding sticking power. I noticed right away I was able to breathe so much better. I was so happy and felt normal for the first time in years. The strip definitely works and is fast; however, after 30 minutes of wearing… The strip started to become so stiff that it became uncomfortable, but was bearable. Oddly, as time went on, the strip grew increasingly stiff and awkward. At the 2-hour point, the strip felt like it was pulling my skin aggressively, and it was so painful that I had to remove it. To remove, you MUST soak the strip in warm water to release the adhesive from the skin. Don't try to pull it off without water; you'll remove skin. No one is that tough. How the strip became harder over time, and the pulling of skin and removal process reminded me of pore removal strips, but harder. Maybe I'll use the rest on my pores, since I can't use it for its intended purpose. It definitely helped open my breathing, but if I'm to order from this brand again, the strips will need to remain flexible and comfortable. Read more

Those of us living with allergies have to deal with nasal congestion that gets worse with outdoor exposure on windy days or while riding a bike or motorcycle. These nasal strips are helpful to open up the sinus cavities and allow for easier breathing in the evenings or at night. I've had issues in the past with nasal strips that adhered so strongly that they actually broke the skin while trying to remove them in the morning. In this case, the glue is strong enough that the nasal strips stay where they are placed overnight, but, once soaked with warm water as part of a morning face splash routine, come off easily enough when they should without issue or residue. The design of the nasal strips is unique in that there is a pair of wavy perforated lines after the torsion band but just before the end of the fabric cover. This perforated line eases the transition between nose and cheek, making the nasal strips more comfortable with facial movement. For those allergic reaction days, use of a neti pot type nasal rinse is also greatly eased and sped up while wearing these nasal strips to help open up the sinuses for the rinse, so that's necessarily helpful. I decided it was finally time to try nasal strips for my mouth breathing, as my dry mouth overnight was getting out of hand. Right away, it’s clear these strips are better-made than many competitors'. The spring mechanism in the center is stronger, and the small slits along the edges help with flexibility and adhesion. When applied correctly, they open the nostrils effectively and make breathing noticeably easier. In fact, the improvement was immediate—I could breathe freely and felt normal for the first time in years, which was incredibly encouraging. It does hurt to get them off. They stayed on all night for me, not budging once I got them into the right place. If you forget to use water to take them off, you are in for a world of hurt. You must add water to the strip to get it off once it has settled on your nose. Other than that little complaint, I am thrilled with the effectiveness of these strips! Read more
