Great quality and easily adjustable. It's a one-size-fits-most though. I bought it hoping to wear to work under my scrubs, but that wasn't practical due to the adjustable straps moving with motion...I wanted more of a compression sleeve. It is great for using while immobile (sleeping). The infrared heating worked wonders for my tendonitis! I was in SO much pain! I wore it religiously to bed for a week, and my tendonitis started to go away. I stopped wearing it too soon, and it crept back so I wore it a few more nights until I could function daily without hurting. Needless to say this is worth the money! A $24 fix that saved me the cost of an MRI and weeks of PT! I am NOT giving medical advice...I'm just giving my own personal experience. I did seek medical attention and I did get an x-ray (which was normal). I'm just saying that it is worth the try if you are in excruciating pain like I was! I purchased this brace to soothe torn muscles in my rotator cuff. It takes a while to fully heat, but once it is hot it stays that way! It is also not as bulky as many other braces or wraps.
