Solid motor, minor installation issues.
It operates smoothly and provides a decent amount of power for a DIY project. The installation process is straightforward, and the included throttle is responsive. The build quality feels solid, which is a plus. However, the instructions could be clearer, especially for beginners. Also, the motor can get a bit noisy at higher speeds. Better instructions would be great
Finally tested this thing, it doesn't come with a battery but if you feel like soldering a temporary plug to your scooter charger you can test this wheel. Most of what needs to be plugged in is pretty straightforward and can be done without any hand holding, but some parts would really benefit from clearer instructions. That said, after running it with the learning wire connected to itself, then disconnecting that, I have a working wheel, fully functioning screen and throttle. Excited to install it into my build.
