this is suppose to be NON stick, that is Not the case, even eggs with olive oil in pan the eggs stuck. Sending back- the instructions came in a entirely different language, that I could not read, but it was easy to put together, was hoping this pan would work because it is the right size and the price was good but NOT when food sticks as much as this one did. I’ve been cooking with this frying pan for a bit now, and it’s become one of my favorites for quick meals. The size is just right, not too small that you’re crowding food, but not so big that it feels heavy or clunky when you just want to make an omelet or a couple of eggs. The granite coating really does its job; food slides right off without sticking, which makes cooking and cleanup a whole lot easier. Durability has been impressive too. I’ve used it regularly, and the coating still looks and works like new without chipping or scratching easily. It heats evenly, so I don’t end up with random hot spots that burn food. For the price, it feels like solid value because you’re getting a pan that’s versatile, easy to clean, and reliable enough for everyday use. This pan was easy to assemble and has a nice look. It is very easy to clean, items don't stick, and it can hold a fair amount of food. My main disappointment is that this pan does not conduct heat as well as other pans I have. It is still a good price, but if you cook a lot of items at high heat like me this might not be the best pan for you. Read more
