Clasps loose so earrings fall out and get lost

These immediately became some of my favorite earrings! Beautifully made, comfortable, and very nice looking on me. I was impressed with the safety lock at first, but one from the first pair I bought suddenly became very loose and wouldn't click in. It fell out and I lost it. I tried and tried to get a hold of anyone who could help me with the warranty, but I could not contact the company because Amazon said I need to go through it's process instead. After too long to figure it out, I just bought a second pair to be able to wear them and have a backup in case I lost another one. Unfortunately, the clasps on BOTH of the new ones do not engage -or- "click" to lock and just fall out of my earlobes. :( Damn, I really thought I found something here... Read more
