The media could not be loaded. Love the looks and functionality of the fan (we bought 2 for our porch). It moves a good amount of air. In the video it's running at level 2. That's pretty much where were keep it. My only issue with the install was that the included bracket to hang the fan with is a large bracket and does NOT fit a standard ceiling fan box size in the US. My ceiling fan boxes were already installed so I had to buy a different bracket and adapter to install on our vaulted ceiling. The fan comes with three different down rods which is very convenient (we used the 36" for our install). As it's only been installed for a couple weeks I can't speak to the longterm reliability or the seller as I had no reason to contact them. Read more
