This carpet cleaner stopped working after a few uses. The suction is weak and it doesn’t really clean deep stains. The voice prompt is annoying and can’t be turned off. It leaks water and is hard to empty and clean. I expected better quality for the price — very disappointing. Read more

This carpet cleaner works really well on everyday messes and pet stains. It’s easy to use, heats up quickly, and noticeably lifts dirt and odors from the carpet. This does a good job cleaning. I used this to clean the seats of my wife's car. I was taken aback by the dirty water I collected from the seats. They didn't look hardly dirty at all?! But that water was dirty! The suction is good but not amazing- I think its just loud and most ppl feel like that means it has tons of suction because it sounds like it should. The tanks are tiny. One full tank was just big enough to clean only the bottom section of one seat in my wife's car. I ended up cycling through 8 tanks to clean 5 seats (I didnt clean the back/upper parts of the front seats either). Not a big deal, just annoying. The heated water is the bomb! It is quite hot and that is effective at cleaning! Very happy with that part! It heats very quick- a few seconds. The hose is not super long but that means it only takes a little water to have hot water at the nozzle. The electrical cord is a useful length. I didn't measured it but it's probably between 15 and 20ft long. The voice prompts are sort of annoying. It just announces what the buttons and leds on the top of the unit show. It has two physical buttons that are exclusively used to turn on/off and select modes of the machine. Very easy to use. The tanks are very easy to remove and install. It has a full dirty tank sensor. I did still manage to overflow the dirty tank onces so be careful not to relieve on that or you will spill nasty water all over. It also doesn't have a tip sensor. I accidentally knocked it over while using it and again, spilled nasty water all over. The attachment are unusable. It doesn't have any good scrubbers and active brushes. Most just apply water and squeegee it back up with the vacuum. The value is hard to gauge. The price was $160 when I got this and is now $110 with a coupon. I think $110 is a good value for this machine. Overall, i would recommend it for somlooking for a small unit for small areas or that didn't want to store a big machine. Read more

Item does not get hot enough… the steam is more like warm mist… I also did not feel it was worth the value… besides the voice prompts… they have cleaners on here that are a better value. They also hiked up the price after my return. However it does suck up water nicely and has a nice drain tank… Read more
