They’re selling used shoes

I’m really bummed out. It looks like they send me a used right shoe. The left one looks new but the right foot is creased and broken in. It’s very obvious they send me a used right shoe. Such a bummer cause these shoes are cute. I’ve bought this brand before and I’ve liked them. This seller is selling used shoes for new shoes. Very disappointing. Update to my used shoe dilemma. The walking company just told me to do a return and they don’t have anymore of this shoe in my size so they just offered a return. I’m never buying from them again. They will sell you used shoes for the price of new shoes then offer no exchange and have you jump through hoops just to get the shoe you ordered and payed for. So much extra labor on my part.
