I have horrible back, shoulder, trap and neck pain due to 1st rib dysfunction so I use so many creams and patches trying to feel some kind of relief. This roll on does help but the effects do not last long sadly. The smell is strong, my chiropractor always says "ooo you smell minty" as soon as she sees me, and I'm talking she's several feet away and smells it. I've been on morphine for 30 + years. So it's hard to find anything that helps with my severe back pain. I have fibromyalgia and a pinched sciatica that can't be fixed so far. This actually helps with my pain for 4 hrs. Then with a hearing pad.
