I have been wanting the name brand version of this roller, but didn’t want to spend quite so much. To my surprise, this item was very sturdy and easy to use. Definitely gives relief to sore muscles, it feels so nice after a workout. I keep mine in the freezer. I plan on buying another one as a gift. Read more
This is a very smooth roller (in terms of the way it glides), and it’s sturdy, but I question how effective it might be. Since the surface of the ball is smooth, it’s a lot gentler on the skin and would probably be usable with a light layer of clothing on, but you don’t feel it as much as one of those spiky versions. Good because it’s a lot less uncomfortable when compared to the spiky massage rollers/balls, but it kind of feels less effective because it feels like it’s gliding over your skin as opposed to giving you a deep massage. This would probably be a good roller if you had a large area to cover, but I wish they made a smaller version with a ball about half the size (1” to 1.5”), so that you could target smaller areas. I think this is a good alternative to people who don’t want the aggressiveness of those spiky rollers. Read more
It's a nice roller to massage your feet or whatever. My hand starts to hurt after a few minutes. I think it's due to the think handle. I have big hands and having such a small handle to use makes my grip weak. But I'm sure it'll work perfectly for those with smaller hands. Super recommend. Read more
This is a great inexpensive way to work out knots yourself. I get knots in the same spot in my shoulder blade area and wanted to do it myself and it’s great that I can reach the spot because of the handle. After the first time using it I had so much relief from the painful tension and knots in my upper back. I slept better and woke up feeling so much better than the day before. I would definitely recommend this. Read more
I purchased this because I suffer from an Achilles tendonitis. I place it in the freezer for a couple of hours. The roller is excellent in massaging my sore tendons and muscles. It remains cold for several hours as well. I sometimes massage until it becomes room temperature. Due to neuropathy in my hands, the handle is not ideal for me. Otherwise it is a great tool and does what it is intended for. Read more
I bought this to use for my comic book business. It's used to smooth dimples & indentations in the covers before pressing. It works great. Read more
The media could not be loaded. I am in my third trimester and have been experiencing some discomfort in my back. My husband has been using it to massage my back and it feels good! The metal is actually really cold without being put in the fridge. It didn’t cure all my back pain, but feels good. Read more
