The AC Infinity Air Carbon Filter is a game-changer for anyone looking to improve the air quality in their home or workspace. This carbon filter is a must-have for anyone who wants to eliminate odors, allergens, and pollutants from their indoor environment. First and foremost, I was impressed by the cutting-edge technology used in this filter. The activated carbon filter effectively removes odors, smoke, and harmful chemicals from the air, leaving behind a clean and fresh-smelling environment. I noticed a significant improvement in the air quality within just a few hours of installing the filter. Another standout feature of this filter is its versatility. It is compatible with a wide range of AC Infinity products, making it easy to integrate into your existing air purifier or ventilation system. The filter is also easy to install and replace, with convenient features like a built-in flange and pre-filter wrapping. In terms of durability, the AC Infinity Air Carbon Filter is top-notch. The filter is constructed with high-quality materials that are built to last. The carbon layer is thick and dense, ensuring long-lasting performance and effective filtration. Overall, I would highly recommend the AC Infinity Air Carbon Filter to anyone in need of a reliable and high-performing air purifier. It is a great investment for anyone looking to improve their indoor air quality and create a healthier living environment. Read more

I upgraded my dust collector system to also have one port that was a fume extractor for welding. I upgraded the filter to a 0.2-micron Hepa filter, but I still needed a carbon filter to remove any VOCs So I thought I would give this a try. I must say I am impressed with how well this works! there is zero smoke in my airconditioned shop, even after welding for hours! Just for fun, I thought I would see how well the system would remove paint fumes... I have a cabinet I was working on, and so I turned on the system and sprayed lacquer on the cabinet, 4 coats. I left the system running for about an hour after I was done, because I was not spraying under my fume extraction hood, but I was halfway between the dust collector exhaust and the carbon filter, so the air had to get from one to the other and go right past my spray area. When I went back out to shut off the system, I was surprised that it did not smell like lacquer at all! Normally when I spray lacquer in my shop, even the next morning there is a strong smell of lacquer, it takes over 2 days to fully dissipate, but this filter removed all trace of it in less than an hour! I've used it to remove the lacquer fumes on several other occasions and it's worked very well each time. I'm really amazed at how well it removes the VOCs from the lacquer as well as the fumes created by welding. It's a great addition to my shop that allows me to work in air-conditioned comfort while also enjoying clean air. Read more

I have what is essentially a grow tent, except I don't grow anything in it and sleep in it instead. Because the air in there automatically gets thick n' clammy (like a good chowder), I bought an AC Infinity.. uhh.. T series? S series? The one that HAS the electronic control stuff-- inline fan. I also bought some of their ducting, and then used some generic 4" bits and pieces to make stuff work to pump fresh are into my sleeping pod. However, I noticed that I was waking up, kind of often, with a pretty bad smell in my nose. Sometimes, I'd know what it was, other times not, but I bought one of these filters for the intake side, and I'm able to draw in air from my room and give it a nice fresh non-scent. It hasn't messed with airflow too, too terribly, and I am still able to pick up air conditioned air when I want it by placing the filter at the outflowing vent of my AC. The first day or two, the non-smell in my room (basically, a smell unto itself-- almost sweet) was intoxicating. I also noticed-- as dumb as this will sound-- that the air felt smooth, as though it was almost too easy to breathe. Long story short, I'm very pleased, continue to be impressed with AC Infinity (I have a few of their hobby/kit fans, also) and find all their stuff well worth the money. Read more
Massive. I bought it with a matching ACI exhaust fan just to scrub the lung room when in there with the tent open. Ended up placing it inside the tent to help more from leakage. It has helped some but not nearly what I expected from nearly 800cfs and the size which comes with extra expense. It's been running a few weeks now so not sure on longevity. I will say my ACI carbon filters haven't lasted as long as I expected. The 6" that is feeding from tent to attic stopped filtering well after only 3 months in the same grow this is in now. I've had better lifespan from cheaper brands but like the build quality and ACI ecosystem (for most things). I'll eventually crack it open to see I can replace the carbon or have to grab a made to be refilled one. Read more

My whole house was loud from the moment you got 20 ft from the door. Installed this filter, aired out the house. The smell was gone within an hour or two and hasn't returned. Pretty impressive considering I just harvested so the smell would be at its peak. I love how they put hooks for easier installation and a lot lighter than the previous one I bought and paid more for. Hoping to get at least a year out of it minimum, will report back. Read more
