For those who decide to go with netting for trellising plants, I cannot think of a better net to use than these AC Infinity nets. I cheaped out at first and got a giant roll of plastic netting. It worked-ish, but training was a real bear and it was difficult to extricate stuck plant bits. It was also really annoying to secure into the space. When I switched to using tents, I decided to try these instead. I will never go back. The netting is thick and very elastic. I have a couple of plants that are very thoroughly woven into one of the nets and not once have I had a concern about the amount of pressure being exerted by the netting. It is easy to reposition branches and leaves without causing damage when the net strands are so elastic. I just pinch a strand, yank up hard to make a ton of room for lateral movement, and then carefully work the plant bits through before gently releasing the pulled strand back into place. There are four hooks included, but they are not attached to the net. Instead, you can choose how tight you want the netting to be and set the hooks accordingly. I used the inside corners of the net to get it extra tight and it turned out perfect. The squares were broad and open, and branches are easily trained through and around them with very little stress. In my other tent, I'm using a different method that doesn't need a net, and yet it has still been useful for temporary support a couple of times, after which it was easily unhooked and removed. Highly recommended. If you need trellis netting and the AC Infinity net comes in the size you're looking for then this will do the job, no question. Even if you don't need one but you're an experimenter or part hoarder, you might be surprised at how useful it turns out to be. Read more

Ever had tall plants start leaning, sagging, or blocking out their own light? That was my headache until I grabbed this 4x4 trellis net. It instantly gave structure to my tent, spread the canopy, and kept heavy branches supported through flower. The elastic is sturdy but flexible, easy to set up, and strong enough to hold weight without digging in. Instead of a messy jungle, Iβve got a neat, even canopy that lets every bud get its share of light. π If youβve got plants stretching too tall or collapsing under their own weight, this solves the problem. Affordable, simple, and a total must-have for serious growers. Read more

Update: the 'gaps' are there to reserve the space that's going to be occupied by your tent walls when your exhaust fan is on and running at max. It's the exact opposite of a design flaw, which is why I love ACinfinity. Our harvest wasted no energy on producing twigs this round. (Old review below) The nets for the 4x4 are a joke. Although the net can stretch to the corner poles of a 4x4 tent, the sides of the net concave inward, leaving huge gaps on all 4 sides of the tent. Since the grid collapses inward, it looks as-if it requires it's own frame if you want to actually get full coverage(?). It makes a 4x4 tent into less than a 2.5'x2.5' scrog of useable space. It's unbelievably disappointing coming from AC Infinity, which I look to for superior products. The product comes with no directions for set-up. It doesn't work like how the pictures on here show. Additionally, one of the nets untied itself during the first setup, making for an extra unnecessary problem to solve. I setup and tore down these nets for hours, presuming that I must be doing something wrong, because it's an AC Infinity product. I can only presume that the product is poor quality, as there are absolutely no directions anywhere for setup. Not on this page, in the packages or online. I tried every configuration that I could think of. This would be great for outside used in something like a rigid wood frame trellis, because you would be able to use a staple gun to secure the sides of the grid. If anything changes, or I learn that I was doing the setup wrong, I will update this review. Bottom line: literally, *any* scrog net would be superior to this Read more

Easy to hookup. And pretty strong and stretchy. The hooks provided will stay on the poles with no problem and you can slide it up and down without an issue. Read more
