Expensive, but worth it!!
This was a lot of money to spend on a scale. That said, for me and my family, it has definitely been a worth while purchase. I finally made a commitment to start a serious diet and take control of my health. The accuracy and ease of use of this scale has certainly aided along the way, and I can say that for me this was money well spent. Product arrived promptly, and exactly as described. I am very happy with it, and would gladly recommend to others. The only thing I don't recall seeing in the description when I ordered it, was that you would need to place near an electrical outlet. Although it can simply run on batteries, these were designed for backup purposes if the power goes out; otherwise it comes with a power adapter, which will need to be plugged into a wall socket.
