Not sure of the internal quality, but exact fit. I know there is a cult following out there on oil filters, and I normally try to get specific filters for my vehicles, like motocraft for my Ford truck, but the manufacturer filter for the jeep is too expensive, so I look for alternatives. I have drive vehicles well over a million miles in my life, always tried to change oil between 5 and 6k, and have never had an oil related issue with a vehicle regardless of type of filter used.
