After researching other stands to declutter my home office and gaming desk space, I decided to try this one out and glad I did. The stand is compact and surprisingly heavy for its size but that helps keep it very sturdy supporting my Alienware X16 laptop which weighs little over 6 lbs. I use a gaming keyboard while the laptop is on the stand but do feel confident the stand will not budge if using the laptop keyboard during moderate gaming or typing aggressive emails lol. The arm movement and ability to swivel is very good, it is a little stiff which gives it the sturdy support it needs for heavier laptops like mine.
