I’ve used a regular pillow between my legs for sciatic pain and lower back tension for a long time, but this is my first pillow made specifically for that purpose- and it makes a difference. The memory foam is mildly firm yet comfortable, keeping my legs aligned without feeling bulky. The strap is a great feature, keeping the pillow in place all night instead of shifting around. The size is just right, and the materials feel high quality. The pillowcase is soft, breathable, and easy to remove for washing. After using it consistently, I’ve noticed my sleep quality improve and my back feels less tense in the morning. It’s a thoughtful design at a fair price, in line with similar products, and feels well-made to last. Pros: – Ergonomic design keeps legs aligned for side sleeping – Mildly firm memory foam provides comfortable support – Elastic strap holds pillow in place – High-quality, breathable materials with washable cover – Improves back comfort and sleep quality Cons: – None so far Bottom line: A high-quality leg and knee pillow that delivers real relief for side sleepers with back or sciatic pain. Comfortable, supportive, and well worth it for better sleep. Read more
Being in my second trimester, I can’t sleep on my back anymore. Unfortunately, sleeping on my side started causing hip pain. Everyone I talked to recommended a pregnancy pillow, so I bit the bullet and gave it a try. I started with one of those giant U-shaped pillows, but it was huge and took up half our king-size bed. It also completely surrounded me, which meant every nighttime bathroom break turned into an escape mission. Plus, I couldn’t use my regular pillows and the preggy pillow was not comfortable for my neck, so that was a no-go. Then I tried this much smaller wedge pillow. It’s supposed to help relieve hip pain (which it absolutely does). It comes with a strap you’re meant to slide up your leg, but I skipped that and just tucked the strap along my edge of the pillow. Even without the strap, it stays put, even when I roll side to side, so for me, the strap is kind of pointless. There was minimal smell when I opened the packaging, but that’s pretty normal for vacuum-sealed stuff. The pillow expanded quickly, though it didn’t reach full firmness for about 48 hours. It’s not too firm—just enough support without throwing your legs out of alignment. It’s really helped my hip pain, and it’s so much easier to get in and out of bed now. Bonus: it doesn’t take up half the mattress and it’s breathable. I am hopeful this is all I will need the rest of my pregnancy. Read more
