I recently had the worst breakout I've experienced since I was a teenager. A friend recommended these patches to me and they're so reasonably priced I figured why not give them a try. They arrived fast and I used them that same night, not really expecting a miracle. But I woke up and DAMNNN. Inflammation gone. Redness gone. Cystic pimple gone. Of course my skin still needs time to heal but I'm convinced these patches are some kind of witchcraft. If only I would have known about them sooner! These patches work great but sometimes hurt to take off in the morning. They really grip to your skin which is a great feature for those that toss and turn a lot in their sleep. Due to the opaqueness of these patches, I felt comfortable wearing these out in public often. They blend nicely in with my skin and hid all the redness around my targeted pimple(s). The patches are only noticeable by others if they look very closely, you point it out, or light reflects off of it. They come in three different sizes (the largest size being the fewest) which is nice and is packaged within packages which indicates the cleanliness of this product. but would not use on my face....personally, because it's super oily and these will not stick. Hence the reason for 4 stars and not 5. Otherwise these are super great for body acne or any other blemish you are trying to heal (bites, etc). The edges are slightly raised so won't be able to cover with makeup unless you're into people seeing an obvious perfectly round circle on your skin. Only had them on less than 20 min and so far they seem to be sticking well, will update as the day goes on. Not sure how it will last through hand washing. Overall so far so good. Would buy again. I have used these about six times so far and I can’t believe I have lived so long without them. I have a habit of clearing out my pimples as soon as I can see them, as I tend to get them in small clusters if I don’t, and the can be very swollen and painful. If I clear out one that has already gotten inflamed I used to struggle with it drying while it still was draining, and getting clogged and inflamed again, giving me an ugly spot for a few days. This product solves my problem! They protect a pimple that is still draining and keep the area moist and clean so it can finish draining and the swelling goes down a lot overnight. They stay on while I sleep with no problem. The gunk the patch pulls out is clearly evident, so I can attest that they do absorb and protect and heal like they claim. I take it off in the morning and the area dries and closes much more smoothly than normal, it looks more like the third day after I would clear a pimple previously. The patch tends to help pull out the gunk from un-formed pimples somewhat too, when they are covered in the area I am treating. I wouldn’t use them necessarily for the purpose of drawing out a pimple, but rather I use them as more of a bandage/salve for a popped pimple. They are especially good in those cases where there is not a core to get out, but rather just fluid and inflammation. Read more

Put these on clean skin before bed, remove in the morning. These won't work on every single spot, some stuff is just too solid for a patch to fully absorb. I had nodulocystic acne for a long time that could only be controlled with prescription oral medication, nothing topical was ever going to fix that issue for me, but I still get a supremely nasty spot from time to time that could potentially hang around for ages. I had one I knew was gearing up to become a nightmare so I put a patch on it overnight which brough it to the surface, making it a 2 day ordeal instead of the thing coming back over and over for months. They definitely work, but don't expect 100% overnight success rate because it does depend on the blemish being treated and might need more than one patch. Also -- if you have an issue with picking at your skin like many people do, these could be CRUCIAL in overcoming that and letting your skin heal on its own. Read more

There aren't any instructions on the packaging of how these work. I figured they were pretty straightforward though and placed two patches on two pimples I had. I woke up and nothing had changed. One of them seems minutely smaller even though it was already tiny but I think honestly that's just because pimples sometimes take care of themselves. The bigger pimple showed no change. The patches are easy to use and put on. They stay on overnight. But they don't work like magic overnight like I was made to believe. Read more

I dont know what in these patches but they work wonders. I start breaking out during my cycle and i just stick these on my pimples at night and they are either gone or very small and flat by the morning. Fake product. Packaging absolutely different, patches are thinner than the original brand, patches have white stripes and they're not clear as advertised, sold not in original brand pockets, the patches doesn't stick and has only two sizes, not three as original ones have.
